1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WiseChatt ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WiseChatt provides a multi-tenant omnichannel chat platform that allows organisations ("Tenants") to manage customer conversations across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and other channels, send broadcast messages, and automate responses via official channel APIs (including the WhatsApp Business API).
3. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate WhatsApp's Business Policy or Terms of Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person
- Distribute malware or malicious content
- Impersonate any person or organisation
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
5. Third-Party Services
WiseChatt integrates with Meta (WhatsApp Business API) for message delivery and Google for contact synchronisation. Your use of these integrations is subject to Meta's and Google's respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.
7. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that results in temporary downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WiseChatt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
